You pay the monthly plan and nothing else. InfinityPOS never takes a percentage of your sales. Card machines and online payment providers such as Stripe charge their own processing fees, which go to them, not to us.

Questions about pricing

How does the free trial work?

Sign up, choose your plan and we approve your request within 2 hours. Your account is live straight away for a 2-day trial with no card needed. Before it ends we email you a secure Stripe link to pay your first month.

Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?

No. You pay the monthly plan and nothing else: no setup fee, no hidden extras, and InfinityPOS never takes a share of your sales.

What about card payment fees?

If you take card payments, your card machine provider or Stripe charges its own processing fee on each payment. That fee goes to them; InfinityPOS takes nothing. Online card payments go straight to your own Stripe account.

Is VAT included?

Prices exclude VAT. VAT depends on your country and is added at payment where it applies.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. If you add the online store to the POS (or the other way round), your plan changes and the new price applies from your next monthly payment.

What happens if a payment fails?

We email you a link and give you 3 days to pay. If it stays unpaid the shop is taken down until it's paid, and after 14 days unpaid it may be deleted. The full timeline is in the terms.

Can you build a feature I need?

Yes. We customise InfinityPOS for our customers and add new features on request. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it.
