InfinityPOS

Terms and conditions for businesses

Version 2026-10-04. These terms apply to every business that signs up for InfinityPOS.

1. Your account

You sign up with your business details, choose your business type and the services you need (the POS, an online store, or both) and set a password. We review every request and email you within 2 hours with our decision. We may decline a request, and we'll tell you why.

2. Free trial

Once approved, your account is live with a free trial of 2 days. No card is needed. Before the trial ends we email you a secure link to pay your first month.

3. Prices and payment

Plans are charged monthly at the price shown on our pricing page when you sign up. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at payment where your country requires it. Payments are taken by card through Stripe, which also emails your receipts. There is no setup fee and there are no hidden charges.

If you change your services (for example, adding the online store to the POS), your plan changes and the new price applies from your next monthly payment. Custom features we build at your request are quoted and agreed separately.

4. Your sales are yours

InfinityPOS never takes a percentage of your sales. Card payments in your online store go straight to your own Stripe account. Card machines and payment providers (such as Stripe) charge their own processing fees, which go to them and are covered by their own terms.

5. If a payment isn't made

When a payment is due (at the end of the trial, or when a monthly payment fails) we email you a payment link. The timeline then is:

  1. Days 0 to 3: you have 3 days to pay. Everything keeps working.
  2. Day 3: if still unpaid, your shop is taken down: the online store disappears, the till and staff accounts stop, and the tablet app is refused. Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in to pay, and paying restores everything straight away. We email you that you have 4 more days.
  3. Day 7: we email you a final notice: 7 days left before deletion.
  4. Day 14: the shop is due for deletion. After our team confirms it, the shop and all its data (products, orders, customers, reports) are permanently deleted and your account is closed. This can't be undone.

Please keep your own copies of any records you need to keep by law, such as sales and VAT records.

6. Your online store

You choose how your customers pay: cash on delivery, card, or both. Card payments need your own Stripe account, which you connect from InfinityPOS. You can take your store offline and back online at any time.

Where delivery management is enabled for your shop, you set your delivery area, the time you have to accept or reject an order, and your delivery time, and customers see them. An order you don't answer in time is accepted automatically and can't then be rejected; to cancel it you ask the customer, who decides. An order not delivered within the delivery time is cancelled automatically and card payments are refunded.

7. Reviews

Customers can review your shop after an order is delivered, and reviews are shown on your online store. Reviews can't be edited or removed by shops; only InfinityPOS moderates them. A store with more than 10 reviews averaging below 3 stars is automatically taken offline for review by our team.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, deliveries, refunds and customer service, and for keeping your password safe. You must only sell legal goods and services and follow the laws that apply to your business.
